R.C. Lyon & Co. is a local, family owned and operated company in Frankfort Ky. Founded by R. Clay Lyon Jr., and passed down to his son Roger C. Lyon Ill "Trey" in the early 2000's, this Father and Son team have worked together every day since 1995 and will continue to work together as long as time will allow. The next generation, Rachel C. Lyon and Grayson Roger Clay Lyon, will be at the helm before we know it!
Clay founded our company on the principles of Reliability, Integrity, and Quality. Clay has instilled in his Son and all those who have ever worked with him the importance of these principles. Reliability ....Do what you say you're going to do! lntegrity.... Be honest and straight up with your customers! Quality... Always give more than your client expects. It is these principles that still guide us today and are the primary reason we have a large percentage of repeat clients.

For Commercial Construction, Commercial Retrofit, Self-Storage Construction, Dirt Work and Drainage, Industrial Remodel, Office Complex Construction and Remodeling...any projects with Complex, detailed and Unique construction requirements, Clay's experience and ability to deal with unique situations cannot be topped.
There have been lots of bets lost by inspectors who thought a project would not be ready for inspection on time. The old schools guys never bet against Clay. In fact one was noted as saying "If Clay Lyon said it will be ready. IT WILL BE!" A nice testament to Clay's Reliability.
R. C. Lyon III "Trey"
Trey holds certifications in Fire Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Odor Control.
If you need help negotiating the insurance claim process, Trey has over 24 years of experience in talking with adjusters, dealing with Insurance Companies, estimating and completing successfully negotiated projects.
Being born and raised in the business Trey is also uniquely qualified to handle both Commercial and Residential Remodeling, and Home Improvements of all types.
Millissa Lyon
Milissa is an invaluable team member! When you call the office or stop by she is the first person that will meet you. She has the difficult job of keeping all of us organized and on task. It's definitely a full time job! She also manages our Self-Storage Company, Storage Pal, and also manages our U-Haul rentals. She is always ready and willing to help out any way she can.
Madelene Moreland
Madelene is the Controller for R.C. Lyon & Co. Madelene not only has years of experience as CFO for one of the area's largest mortgage companies, she has several years of experience keeping Trey in line when he was just a kid. She is an invaluable member or our team and has been part of our family for over 42 years.
